The Management Committee of Housing Rights Service reserves the right to reject any application for membership.

We have a range of membership options to meet your organisational requirements.  We would ask that all those applying for membership share aims and values that are broadly in harmony with those of Housing Rights Service:

Agency membership

Agency membership is open to non-party political, anti-sectarian voluntary organisations involved in housing or social welfare.  This type of membership comes with an entitlement of 1 free copy of the Housing Rights Manual and Toolkit.

Organisations wishing to apply for agency membership must enclose a copy of their constitution and recent AGM minutes or Annual Report.

Agency membership costs between £40 and £65 per year depending on your organisation's annual income.

Associate membership

Associate membership is suitable for:

  • Statutory government bodies
  • Commercial bodies such as libraries, colleges, universities, solicitors, estate agents and building societies.

Associate members can purchase a copy of the Housing Rights Manual for £60 and the Housing Advice Toolkit for £30

Associate membership costs between £85 and £105 per year depending on your organisation's annual income

Individual membership

Is suitable for individuals who wish to join Housing Rights Service in a personal capacity

Individual membership costs £10 per year and includes reduced fees for publications and training
