Your adviser will conduct your interview in private. All enquiries are treated confidentially. Information won't be made available to external sources without your consent, unless the law requires disclosure.
If it is agreed that you need more than advice the adviser will:
- Provide you with copies of all letters written regarding your case
- Keep you informed of action to be taken
- Lodge any appeals within 10 days of getting all details
- Review your case every 28 days
If necessary, your adviser will also provide you with free information materials.
