Membership Leaflet

We aim to improve access to quality housing advice by providing a range of support services to frontline advisers and those whose work concerns housing.

Approximately 200 organisations already recognise the benefits of our membership services. Each year we receive subscriptions from a wide range of agencies across Northern Ireland including community groups, advice centres, accommodation providers, district councils, solicitors and educational establishments.

Client Advice Leaflet

We aim to help people find the best possible solution to their housing problems. We provide free, confidential advice and representation on a wide range of housing matters, including homelessness, accessing rented accommodation, mortgage and rent arrears and repossession and eviction.

In some instances, specialist advocacy and representation is required. If necessary, you can refer a case directly to us

We are committed to working with agencies to enhance the provision of quality advice on housing issues. In addition to providing telephone advice we will also assist you to submit written appeals or undertake personal representation on behalf of your client(s) respond within 5 working days to such requests.

Training to meet your needs

Our training courses are designed to provide participants from voluntary, statutory and private organisations with the knowledge and skills to enable them to play an increased role in housing advice and advocacy services in their communities.

We provide a wide range of training courses: both skills based and knowledge based courses as well as our accredited housing advice training programme.
